What does an availability calendar do for me?
It shows when you have a vacancy.
It is continuously visible on-line.
It minimise enquiries for dates when you are full.
It professionalises your web site and shows your customer
you understand their key booking problem.
Does it save me money?
No it does not save money and it does take a few minutes to keep up-to-date.
It can save you time by minimising the number of unproductive queries. (And how much is your
time worth!?)
Will my competitors see all my business?
No the system is only designed to indicate onward availability. It does not show previous history.
I have only one letting cottage?
The system will suit you perfectly by including one calendar per cottage. One single
update is all that is usually needed each time you take a
booking.
I have several letting cottages?
The system will suit you perfectly by including one calendar per cottage. For each
cottage, one single update is all that is needed to book up to 28 nights.
I only have a small B&B?
Only one calendar is neccessary to indicate when all rooms are full. Customers' enquiries will be
focused only on the nights when you have availability.
My hotel has 14 bedrooms?
The system may be used as for the above B&B. It is not designed to provide visibility of each of 14
bedrooms. Other systems (typically £200+/year) are available. Keeping them up-to-date is manually intensive and
hence costly and subject to human error.

How does it help my customers?
It makes choosing accommodation easier for the visitor reducing time-wasting and cost caused
by frustated booking queries. (This is particularly the case for customers either not working standard
working hourse or coming from different parts of the world and time zones.)
I might prefer to be contacted regardless.
Why? If your customer were able to come another time they would have seen this on your
availabilty calendar. (If you are able to offer a better deal later in the
year - this should be obvious from your web site.)
How difficult is it to add to my web page?
Most webmasters can add the simple link in a couple of keystrokes.
How difficult is it to access and update?
You will be sent a login address that you can add to your favorites list.
Instructions for the control panel are included.
It usually takes only a few seconds to master.
Your update will only be transferred to the Internet when
you decide to press the 'Publish' button.
How expensive is it?
Only £20.00 - Calendars run from 1st January until 31st December.
Additional calendar are available for only £15.00. And, if you don't get along with our availability
calendar there is no obligation to renew next year. (But we'd be surprised if you didn't!)
I don't like purchasing over the Internet?
Nor do we. Payment is by cheque to a UK postal address - no post pox numbers!
